2012
CONFERENCE DATE: APRIL 27-29 IN VIRGINIA BEACH
The
postmark or email deadline for the "early" registration
rate will be February 15.
Hotel
reservations also have a Feb. 15 due date.
NEW MEMBERSHIP
INCENTIVE FROM VIRGINIA FCCLA FOR 2011-12: 1 free state conference
registration if 28 members are affiliated online (through the
national FCCLA site) by November 1. In order to qualify
for this incentive, a copy of the online affiliation report, showing
affiliation of at least 28 members by November 1, must be attached
to the conference registration form.

$2 per conference participant by using the email version

Download the Housing Reservation Forms
file to select the hotel option that works best for you.
The Housng Reservation Form is sent directly to the selected
hotel, not to Virginia FCCLA.
All hotel reservations must be made by Feb. 15 in order
to guarantee the conference rate. |

SURE TO PUBLICIZE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE!
Follow-up
on your conference participation by publicizing it in your local
papers. Use the sample press release, provided here as a download,
to create an article about your educational experiences and STAR
Events involvement.
The
Press Release for the 2012 conference will be available in early
March.
CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE:
A
certificate of participation in the 2010 state conference is available
as a download by clicking the red text below. Names can be
added to this MS Word document to personalize the certificate.
The
participation certificate for the 2012 conference will be available
in early March.
